Refund policy

In general, all sales from The Jill Shop are final.

However, it is also our desire to assure your satisfaction and happiness. To that end, we will accept for return items received damaged, or items shipped in error (i.e., wrong item shipped), or even items ordered in error if they are returned UNOPENED and in the same condition in which you received them. All items must be in their original packaging and must be returned within 30 calendar days of your order date. We cannot accept returns beyond 30 days under any circumstances.

We also cannot accept returns of digital downloads

No returns will be accepted without advanced notification and authorization. If you wish to return an item, please write us at sales@jillsobule.com and request a return and refund. We will get back to you regarding return and refund procedures.
