INTRODUCING THE JILL SOBULE SIGNATURE GUITAR

Beautifully handcrafted of the highest quality materials, the Vagabond Travel Guitar was designed in 1981 by musician and luthier Kevin Smith.

But the Vagabond is more than just a travel guitar. Still turning heads 40+ years after its introduction, it has become renown worldwide for its fine fretwork and precise intonation, a perfect marriage of size and function. It is a versatile, dynamic, lightweight alternative to a full size guitar, yet it has a full, rich sound. Amplified and played on stage, its full, clear sound is surprising, leading to many a post-show inquiry from fans and fellow musicians alike. And it's equally at home in the studio or on your next road trip.

Neil Young has four. Mike Gordon and his bandmates in Phish have Vagabond guitars. And, of course, Jill plays her Vagabonds so often that they've become part of her look, her sound, her brand.

And so StringSmith Instruments, Kevin's company that he runs with his family in Castleton-on-Hudson, New York, is introducing a special edition Jill Sobule Signature model of the Vagabond guitar.

We couldn't be more excited. Check out the photos and further info below, and, if you're interested, visit StringSmith's website to order your very own.
